Below are the stories of Katie, Jeff and Brian
They went through the 12 week challenge
Results you have to see to believe!

Katie is 35 years old, married with an eight week old baby boy.
She began the challenge weighing 164 lbs. She was a member of Island Sun Fitness 8 or 9 years ago,
but moved out of town and has not seriously trained since then.
So now she has decided she is tired of being overweight, and is willing to do whatever it takes.
She drives from Indianland to here 3 days each week, will be starting a full time job
in a few weeks, and along with her husband Jay, takes care of their new born baby.
But, she has transformed her body in just 12 weeks.

Jeff is 38 years old, married with 3 children. He began the challenge weighing 192 lbs. He is not a beginner when it comes to nutrition and exercise. As you can see from his Best Body pictures 4 years ago, he has done this before.

Jeff is a picture of how quickly you can get out of shape if you quit eating healthy and stop exercising. He has been working out of town for the past 5 months, eating whatever he wanted and not had access to a good workout facility. Therefore, as you can see in week 1, he has gotten out of shape. By week 12 Jeff has made a remarkable change.

Brian is 44 yrs old, married, with one child. He had not done any serious exercise program in about 9 yrs, and had gotten heavier than he had ever been. Brian wanted to feel better about his self and start enjoying life again. The pictures below show his accomplishments in just 16 weeks. He lost 54 lbs and dropped from a size 42 to a 34 pants size. Brian is pleased, but he is not finished yet.
